Vintage old mine lao pit jadeite hollow carved bead 18mm round.  The carved hole is 4.5-5mm, large enough to wear on a chain or a Pandora style bracelet.  Photos show examples of how you can wear this on Pandora and Chamilia bracelets, or alone on a chain.  Fun and fabulous for your jade collection.  Natural jadeite, hand carved, and each is slightly different.
